Process Analysts
British Gas Business (BGB) is looking for a number of Process Analysts to join our exciting Transformation Programme based in Oxford.
- Base Salary: Up to £40k p/a
- Package: c. £51k p/a
- Location: Oxford ;(with UK wide travel when necessary)

Process Analysts - The Role:
The role will work within the transformation team and be responsible for:
- Support and maintenance of a customer journey process architecture framework
- Development of policies, procedures and processes together with end to end metrics within the customer journey process achitecture framework
- Development, maintenance and communication of the Quality Management System and MI Reporting
Process Analyst - The Person
The successful candidates will demonstrate a broad mix of the following:-
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Lean/Sig Sigma or associated methodologies
- Organisation skills and ability to interpret complex information quickly and accurately
- Advance knowledge of excel, powerpoint and process mapping tools
- Demonstrated delivery of process improvement through the use of a range of tools and techniques
- Understanding of risk management and controls
- A strong level of verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate initiative, by self motivating with a strong organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels within the business
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- To adapt to change
- A sound knowledge of BGB business across a range of business areas and will be able to demonstrate flexibility in their approach
- To be an ambassador and champion of all transformation initiatives when working with internal and external customers
